Six years into their relationship, Rohit Sharma drove Ritika Sajdeh from Borivali to the sports club ground. This is where he had first played competitively at age 11. He then proposed to her with a solitaire diamond ring. They were engaged June 3, 2015, and they got married December 13, 2015 in Mumbai’s Taj Lands Hotel. A host of celebrities from Bollywood, politics, business, and sports attended the ceremony. Rohit Sharma and Harbhajan Singh, his teammate, were also married by the Ambanis at their home in Antilla, Mumbai.
